Through guided reflection, Himalayan sound healing, and intentional writing, you’ll have the opportunity to move some of what has been living in your head and heart onto paper.
You do not have to send the letter. You do not have to arrive knowing exactly what you want to write. Just bring your honesty, your curiosity, and whatever has been sitting quietly in your heart. This is your space to reflect, release, and write.
